I think that you are what you do so you have to choose carefully !!!
If you choose to be a elemtary school teacher then you have to love children
If you work in a hospital it makes sense to like taking care of people etc

I agree with you to a certian extent but a person has many differnet qualities and characterists than just what a job title provides. Even comparing one teacher to another, you'll have one who's more caring and easily aporachable while another teacher can be mean and standoffish.
